We are the interface between management and employees and that is not a easy place to be in. Since we get heat from both directions.

Seriously? Ask that to yourself and you would know how easy it is. I would add - work isn't work if you enjoy doing it as much as you enjoy your play!
It is not true.It should be noted that HR employees are the life wires of the organisation.They do alot of works ranging from recruitment to retirement.
HR is actually the most difficult job in an organization, and meantime it is the cutest, if you establish your HR approach on real research.
