Problem is inevitable. As a manager how do you forecast or predict incoming problem to avoid its impact to the operation?

ratios analysis should be done quarterly and explained for those who are not familiar with them. Plus, duplication or back up plan is a must.

Thanks Well, some managers rely on crisis management or forecasting management in big organization, otherwise within drawing the general and sides plan, clever manager should put plan B & C to avoid surprises. Whatever, most operations managers live in an ocean of changes; (Market, Competitors, Turnover, New launches, Economic & Political Situation,...) so he should to be ready for possibilities and make a virtual safe zone to recede at when necessary, that is mean when we are in the middle of implementing of a plan process and something happen, we need to, either use a plan B, C,... or change our path in order to avoid the impact until finish our plan.Safe zone requiresome or all of  the following :

o    Mini capital.

o    Solid team.

o    Flexible and Strong procedures.

o    Renewable and Doable roles.
