Altium Designer is an extremely powerful program once you have mastered it. The learning curve is quite steep, but worth in in the end. Easy to intigrate with other platforms and provides great variability when it comes to different design rules and preferences. Once set up, Altium is great to use and enables layouts to be completed fast and efficiently.

I think ALTIUM Designer is the most helpful PCB Design Program.

Actually, the most common tool/software used by a lot of professionals I meet and see is Eagle PCB as it have a lot of tools and standard libraries you can use but it lacks simulation if compared to protues. I am personally using it because of its accuracy if you are designing the parts yourself or using a standard library like that of adafruit.
