Vegetables and Fruits Because they are rich in vitamin, this vitamin can be lost by cooking

In my experiences,probably is the green vegies because it contain the vitamin that may loss it contain once we over cooked  either undercook,

sea foods because they are highly protien  and they go bad  for short time  so by the time you get them from fridge one need to cook and  not to store outside.delicate to handle and breaks easyly if mis-handled

Green leafy vegetable, if over cooked they loose all their vitamins and minerals.

Its better to  consume them raw or just cook by pan steaming  as they are so delicate.
