It is morally wrong to discriminate any employee or person based on religion,colour, place of origin , sexual orientation or whatever grounds. For management purposes ,it is good for the organization to put in place policies that ensure that whatever type of discrimination does not exist and is not condoned at the work place. When it happens , the victims should be encouraged to speak up boldly and must be supported by the management.
