No, its not wise. Every leader would love their surbordinates to fully trust them, follow them without hesitation, with loyalty, with commitement which is of course of an advantage to the leaders. However; its only indispendable for every individual to act & decide with an independent mind on whether to follow a certain leader or not because sometimes leaders may mislead or unduely influence surbordinates into making unwise decisions to support their cause in favor of fulfilling their own selfish interests.Thanx for the invitation

no, never . never follow anybody blindly . it destroys your decision making and judgmental  power . be cooperative to your leader and try to understand the reason behind the decision he/she made . it'd develop ur leadership skill. trust me .

Leaders are not  made in the institutions. Let me break this down.

Not at all wise to follow the leader blindly.

Why? - Do your skill assessment &  Justify yourself.

Why not? - Why follow blindly?

It is absolutely not. It is vital to share your opinion and the rational behind it; especially when you strongly disagree.

Our leader is our boss so we should follow him but follow blindly is something silly if we  follow him blindly he will make some decissions which are not good for company in this case me and my boss both loose jobs so instead of loosing job and in favour of company i should tell him that he is wrong on this point.
