For example if you want send your cover letter to multiple recipient (Containing the recipient name, company):
Create Excel sheet with the following fields: Column A : Recipient Name , Column B : Company Name, Column C : email address
Open a new word document
Switch to Mailing Ribbon, Click on the Start Mail Merge menu and select the Step by Stem mail wizard
Follow the easy6 steps in the task pane

Switch to Mailing Ribbon, Click on the Start Mail Merge menu and select the Step by Stem mail wizard
in the wizard you will be abel to create address list for the recepiants .
