Try to explain for them what is in it for them Change is always hard and in order to adopt change, implementers should feel it comes with direct benefits to them.

We can not avoid changes in all aspect of our lives. To bring any change you must be ready to educate those who you want the change to affect in advance.you should be able to show them or that person he is important and doing fine in his or her present status but there is need for you to improve or update to a standard require that can give him recognition easily.make those people or that person to feel relax and have confident in the new change .show the benefits making the clearly and what he stand to gain in the future as a result of the change.

Assign them task where they are forced to change their attitude with a sense that they are all necessary for the Organisation.Place them in an environment full of multicultural people and make them in-charge of dealing with them with a caveat that they must steer the group in a way they turn productive for the Organisation, so to say make them the Leader of this multicultural group. Post that you can expect a massive change in their rigid mindset.
