Good team is an asset for any organization. teams disintegrate on attaining a maximum limit. how can we continuously maintain the team efficiency?

The question pertains to maintaining of performance level of a team. Good teams always finish the job in shortest possible time due to professional acumen and approach and tend to experience periods of inactivity. It becomes difficult to get desired performance out of such efficient teams and disintegrate on reaching a certain performance level. Therefore, it is essential to generate maximum output and consistency from an efficient team over prolonged duration. This is a managerial function which will ultimately benefit the organization in the longer run.

This particular situation has many facets attached to it. First people join an organization and work in a team effectively to attain personal goals by achieving organizational goals. Hence, the importance of every individual should be maintained and giving the person grow within the organization. Secondly, teams disintegrate when members in the team grab opportunities which they value to be better that what is available in the organization. So, every organization should foresee these situations and try to retain the best talent possible and in the same time groom other people to live up to the situation rather that being dependent on a particular set of people.
