Professional networking is a great tool in real life too and hence, that would be a plus for enhancing engagement within teams. However, networking at work outside the defined boundaries of acceptable professional behavior would be the minus!

I think consequences will be positive regular meet-ups causes sharing minds and ideas. Gaps can be discuss and acquire positive transformations.
