Don't you think that strongest project management is defining best master developer?

If I understand this correctly, you are saying that project management would only rely on a person (a master developer) to be finish successfully. I do not believe this is the case, as there are different stakeholders who would play vital roles in the different stages of the project.

However, if you are referring to master developer as master plan that contains other plans, then I believe that is the core of project management.
