Improved Facility Management greatly increases the rate of financial return of Real Estate/ Office buildings/ Commercial Complexes. Here are some points to consider:
1) Rework requires much more money. So a job well done by the correct team requires less money because the job does not have to be re-done. For example if you have to maintain, the cooling systems and you paid half the money just because you wanted a quick job, later you may discover that the systems went bust because the maintenance job was very poorly done. So now you will have to pay for an entirely new system and that may cost 5 times more than the original budgeted cost of a good maintenance job.
2) Less headache as a good FM team will take care of the premises and the site is ready for inspection at any time. You need a competent FM manager to make this happen.
3) Last but not least, in the long run it works out much better. The actual incurred costs, the overall satisfaction of staff, the reputation you will have will all be close to "ideal" just because you followed Best practices and that for any premise is good Facilities Management.

I could not much understand the question are really asking, however, if you mean to say about the earning increase then all depending upon your target market strategy and confidence with the customer. If you are quality service provider then you may not have enough problem to increase the service charges as well you have to maintain your brand image as well.
