When in stand alone mode the printer is able to print a test page. When connected by an USB cable the printer is able to print. There are no print jobs stuck in queue. The correct printer is selected in the device manager. The router is ok as the computer is able to access internet with the router.
Mostly check the network setting on the printer. at command prompt you can type ping command the ip address of the printer to check commnication betwwen them ensure the correct ip address its configured on both laptop and the printer itself. it should work
Respected Sir
Please comment if the answer was useful. If the router strength is put at auto the router automatically varies the strength of the signal from1 to11. To connect to a printer wirelessly a standard signal strength. So if the signal strength is permanently increased it would help the printer to communicate with the router wirelessly.
