We need to concentrate at the base of the Heinrich's triangle, i.e., to identify Unsafe actions/Conditions and take corrective actions.
Reward employees with good safety records and educate the defaulters again and again.
Spread safety culture pro actively rather than reactively. Rewards are better than penalties. Reward employees that contributes to the safety record of the company while violators should be encouraged and educated more.

Sustainable growth for any organization or a business is only possible through his dedicated, efficient, and skilled team. Employees need job security through rewards, career growth, and reliable performance appraisal systems. Hence, management should be clear to reward performers to maintain their momentum as well as every employee must be aware or communicated formally or properly for the their jobs description and how their performance would be measure to justify the rewards, incentives and career growth.
The culture should always be 'safety first'....................
