What are the disadvantages of changing your career path after 4 years of experience?

Totally agree with Mr. Omar Saad's reply as in my opinion, (4) years cannot be a career path for any job, but may be considered just as a good experience.

There are no disadvantages, it is new experience but in this point you need to prove yourself again in new field 

no need dis advantage if he correct his career path

I fully agree with Mr. Alex. Changing career path after 4 years  for better opportunity in future is OK
