Sometimes exaggerated focusing lead to ruin the business, as I answered before we need to get customers toward our area not go with him-her to its sector, since this function related to many other functions ( production, marketing, sales, admin, ...)
And we can not change our business path just when customer wants... lesson here is to focus in order to direct customer to our products-services

"Customer focus" is a buzzword and, like all buzzwords, it's dangerous.
For example, if the R&D and production departments are not customer focused, the products will not be useful, attractive and good quality and the company will go bust.
If the R&D and production departments are too customer focused the products will be too expensive and too slow to market and the company will go bust.
It's all about balance.
Customer Focus is directed to the needs and wants of the customer as well as customer's awareness building to inform the customer what is good and what is not and how effectively the product will support their needs.
Customer Focus is the end point and all other depts.( production, operations, HR, procurement, Admin, Finance etc) shall have to jointly support the Marketing and Sales department to become a truly customer focussed organization.
In fact, all other departments will become efficient while supporting the concept of customer focus.

FOR AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT ORGANISATION BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SHOULD BE MANAGE VERY WELL.,IN TRY TO MAINTAIN THE CUSTOMER BY SATISFYING THEM.THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SHOULD ALSO BE VALUED.THIS CAN MAKE THEIR WORK EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT TO HAVE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT TO HAVE ADVANTAGE OVER THEIR RIVALS.
