Thanks for inviting me. The organisation is in place to serve the customer.
The customer does not lead the decision process.
Without a process and leadership - there are no customers.
It would be like putting the horse before the cart. it wont work.
They are on top to ensure that proper strategies are put in place to ensure that the organisation is customer centric, that is all processes are centered around the customer and customer effeciency

The structure of any organization always be structured to run business according to their strategy that they need CEO to manage business and the staff in that organization serve costmers
Humans require structure and leadership thus there has be someone on the top ,someone that will make sure that all procedures/ standards are in place to assure the best customer service to the clients.
CEO/MD or Chairman in always on the top and always have their subbordinate all of them have a one goal to attain what customer needs to be the proirity goal of one company. To see the customer satisfaction.
