Every fresher is having tough time finding a job they really want.

Majority of players are hiring candidates on the basis of references rather than the talent and potential.

We don't they understand that today's experienced personnel too were once been the freshers?

I feel freshers should be given chance first. And I am so sure that they will work better than today's experienced ones with better on job training.

We are in world where time is money, thus instead on investing money on training new talent they prefer to hire expereinced not just to save money even time too.

But with a good PLAN from HR department we can save money and time with fresher recruitment.

I totally support fresher recruitment.

This is an unfortunate reality of the recruitment space these days. Freshers are avoided and experienced people are preferred for most roles as nobody is keen on training new recruits. However, smart managers always have an eye open to identify fresh talent and grooming them for the future!
