When have you had to present to a group of people with little or no preparation? What obstacles did you face? How did you handle them?

It is  noted  that when presenting  something publicly, what you say do not matters much but  how you say (your style, pause, body language and respect for  the audience) matters a lot.

So, when you a little time for presentation, just read thoroughly the subject matter and make  bullet points in Powerpoint.

Now, confidently speak publicly and share your presentation with perfect tone, pause, body language and moving a little bit back and forth.
