Here are some of the basic SEO related questions that could be asked for SEO beginner!!
if you mean Search Engine Optimization position, the questions will probably be based on the following:
1- ability to perform search and hits analysis
2- what will you contribute to the team (it is mostly a team job and rarely a one person thing)
3- A SEO experiment that you did, process and results.
4- What are your tools.
Basically, look for job descriptions and or job posts and see the required experience other than education, you will most likely find their exact needs.
