Example: Mark has a degree in risk assessment, Adam does not have a degree but has been a risk assessment manager for5 years through working his way to that position and learning from a his senior. Do you consider adam's experience in that field to be just as valuable as Mark's degree with1 year work experience?
Working experince is valued in that it is mostly done practically however it must be backed theoritically& practically by attaining a degree.
experience has more value than degree. Provided you have learnt through number of years the processes and ways to do that job.
Experience every time provides with more efficient performance.
some time experience is better more than studies
