Training is very useful tool to promote the safe & healthy culture in any organization. Training also helps any individual to gain their confidence.

Yes it is. to polish the skills sets and to make you prepared by updating with new technologies, procedures and values in any profession. 

Most employees have some weaknesses in their workplace skills. A training program allows you to strengthen those skills that each employee needs to improve
