Bayt is visited by people from all over the world.
I believe it should have both the native language and global as well, for example English.
People from the region should have an option for their regional language and others who visit the website globally, should have options to some of the top languages spoken widely in the world such as, English, Hindi, Spanish, Russian....This will allow people to surf through the website in their native language, which they are more familiar with.

Definitely global - which is English, as Bayt.com is a global platform, who comes together and shares their thoughts, views, opinions and suggestions.

Well I do agree with you, but what about people who do not understand other languages than their native one! In all cases its not smart to have 2 languages in the same page, maybe in future when there is more participation, Bayt divide streams into different languages.
for the time being the best solution is to answer questions with the same language they are written with, this will guarantee more participation rate!.

My Vote Goes to Global Language i.e English.
It is because on Bayt platform we have got user across the globe and its tough for each & every one to understand other language such as Arabic, Hindi etc....
