No it is not , Since we can move only in first quarter to make any required changes , this space insure us some free moves, BUT we have to expect some delay with results.

This question demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of what a business plan is.

Any business plan is valid only at the time it is made.  It is certain to require amendment if it is more than 3 seconds old.  Every business plan changes every time a relevant event occurs, whether it is new information or simply a developing opinion of the manager/CEO/whoever.

In other words, a business plan is, by definition, something that changes all the time.  The formal document you wrote at the start of the year is a useful historical document, but it is is not your current business plan.

It is never too late. A flexible business plan is far better than the rigid one which may take business to shut. you should review again your business plan, make few changes or you can totally change everything just for the betterment of business.

No, A written business plan will oversee the point in the horizon to focus on, however market movements can be forced to re analyse the focal point.

No,I would like to remind you that " better to be late than never " . also when we are planning  few things need to keep our mind is that slow , steady and consistency . So if we keep at least these three things late on our plan will not make much impact.
