No it is not , Since we can move only in first quarter to make any required changes , this space insure us some free moves, BUT we have to expect some delay with results.

This question demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of what a business plan is.
Any business plan is valid only at the time it is made. It is certain to require amendment if it is more than 3 seconds old. Every business plan changes every time a relevant event occurs, whether it is new information or simply a developing opinion of the manager/CEO/whoever.
In other words, a business plan is, by definition, something that changes all the time. The formal document you wrote at the start of the year is a useful historical document, but it is is not your current business plan.
The plan idea is flexible and you can adjust the future plans depending on your current result
Thanks for invitation,
Every successful planner has to take into consideration a space for maneuvering and adapting with any new factors that could appeared during the execution and can affected the main hypotheses, on which the plan is established.
No , every successful plan should have flexibility to change as on accounting when we make a flexible Budget to change the budget
It is never too late. A flexible business plan is far better than the rigid one which may take business to shut. you should review again your business plan, make few changes or you can totally change everything just for the betterment of business.
It's not too late because every plan should always take unforeseen situations into consideration
No, A written business plan will oversee the point in the horizon to focus on, however market movements can be forced to re analyse the focal point.
No,I would like to remind you that " better to be late than never " . also when we are planning few things need to keep our mind is that slow , steady and consistency . So if we keep at least these three things late on our plan will not make much impact.
