This is the most important question, as now a days thousands of people are getting addicted to sleeping late and getting up late.
Let me ask you first, Is sleeping early is the most difficult thing for you? If anyone is sleeping late at night, than its far difficult for him/her to wake up early also. So sleep early to wake up early.
If you enjoy walking, Reading or playing any sport or prayers than you should plan it at early hours of the day, that eagerness to do that work at early hours will help you to get energetic and you will get up early.
One of the most beautiful time in 24 hours is early morning so you should try to get up early and capture those moments.
Planning: Plan you Your Day and Night schedule, for example any work, studying, friends, learning etc most of the work should be at day time, and Night after 10 you should go for sleep (Tahajud is the best gift we can get, so get up early at 4 and take your gift.)
As per doctors and science sleep after 12 midnight is useless, there should be at least 2-3 hours sleep prior 12.
As per doctors one should close all the lights and sleep as daily your brain will release some kind of liquid that will help the brain. Once the lights are on, and your not sleeping than the brain will not release that liquid that is helpful for your brain.
