You cannot stop grievance. It is addressed and resolved.
As long as you have humans working in your company, there will be grievances. The trick is to avoid them and address them before they happen.
I agree and we can stop any grievances if we have a clear disciplinary system, open door, listen to the voice of the employee thru surveys, handling employee complaints on spot,..etc

You cant not stop this factor completely but by rules you can minimize the possibility of it with fair policies and by designing measurable KPIs.
