I am not a Lawyer. It´s not necessary to be for answer your question. Normaly the Justices is a dangerous game, where all are guilty and all came fair or unfair. Never now which client is guilty...You win the strategy on defend the cases. That´s it. This is the Job.You receive the payment for that. However, it´s a dangers control and negotiations..from top goverment..Any thing interesting to win - win -win with the inteligences?...i dont trust in the Ministery of Justices...or Court.
The duty of the lawyer is to assist the court as a court officer to bring out the truth before the court to deal/judge the case appropriately by the Judge.
I know this is not the direct answer to your question. Thanks.
This question leads us to question more important than what is the duty of a lawyer
The duty of the lawyer is to ensure a fair trial for a client and not save him from punishment

I have never entered criminal cases. I participated successfully, only in commercial cases
I have never ever defended guilty client, but it is pertinent to mention here that there is no need to defend the client, who already plead guilty.
No, I haven't done it and don't plan to do it, because it is fundamentally against my morals. While I understand the perspective of other colleagues who accept defending a guilty client whilst aware of their guilt, I personally cannot. Hence I have chosen the realms of civil and corporate law for my career, thereby avoiding this critical situation as much as possible.
I think so . and yes, I did
i'm not a lawyer so i can't ans this question
