I Think is a big number anyway , more reasons responsible for this result. the first important factor is the Economic policies for countries and Companies, Growth and Economic recession, New projects , Encourage foreign and domestic investment , that for some countries elements , about Companies there are some policies and procedures playing a big role as Salaries , bonus , Incentives , Allowances received by the employee (insurance, housing, transportation, tickets, annual increases) addition for that all job satisfaction, or research for new opportunities .
