In open loop system we do not have feedback sensor between input and output while in closed systems we have feedback sensor between input and output

In closed loop system we have a feedback provided by sensors.

In open loop system wo do not have any feedback

Closed loop systems have a feedback path between input and output to maintain the desired output but in case of open loop system there is no feedback path.

IN OPEN LOOP SYSTEM THERE IS NO FEEDBACK BETWEEN I/P AND O/P AND IN CLOSED LOOP SYSTEM O/P IS FEEDBACKED TO I/P

open system with no feed back

closed system with feed back so is better than open loop

Open loop control is for calculating the output based on the current input's/inputs' states, But closed loop stands for calculating the new output state/value based on the current output state/value along with input state

Open loop is a control system which doesn`t have any reference from output.

Close loop is a control system which has a reference from output to improve the control and keep the output equal to Set Point.

Open Loop System:  In which control action is independent of output.

Close Loop System: In which control action is depend upon the output.

Open loops don't have feedback, while close loops do. A feedback, generally speaking, is a measure of a system response, which allows error computation. In another word, the feedback loop (closed loop) architecture allows the response to be compared to the desired set point. Thus, feedback loops provide more accurate setups
