.because swimming in river  difficult but swimming in small pool is easy 

why . because in small team hardly 10 to 15 members team so you can easily clear ther doubts because you can communicate person by person ..

The small team is easy to communicate due to size and less variation of personalities & interest among them. 

Yes, it is easier.  It simply because it's smaller.   It's easier to explain something to seven people than to 70.
