You would de-stress yourself by turning off your phone and computer and going outside for a quick breath of fresh air or taking five minutes just to become aware of your breathing.
Instills too much guilt, which creates more stress. "It has to be fast, fun, easy no matter what I’m doing," (And) it’s important to be willing to be positive.
