Good answer given by colleague Marwan, I support his answer
Thanks for invitation,
Agree with the answer of our colleagues, and may I add, when he prefer to the work as a member of a teamwork than a single one.
The interviewers may ask the candidate to share examples of team projects that he/ she executed and who was to be credited with each part of the team project. The answers given by the candidate would help the interviewer gauge if he/ she is a team player (using I vs. We cues, giving of credit, sharing of achievement, etc.)
PS: Thanks for inviting me to answer this thread!
Ask the interviewee to mention some of his outstanding achievement and probe into it whether he/she has done it alone or in cooperation with others as a team.
Field of expertise + smart personalities + strategic and logical answer of the question make sense to know that interviewee is a good team player.
Thank you for your invitation. I also support Mr Marwan Mohamed Mahmoud Ahmed .
Interviewer should ask more about challenges the interviewee faced in projects as a team. The response will relieve whether they are good team players or not.
Thank you all for positive feedback and information to this question. Humbly Honored.
I agree with our specialists here...
Thanks for invocation. I agree with all answers......
