At the end of year when we go through our last year's performance against set goals. Although we have done a lot to deliver our expertise in the interest of the company or the business but same time in a particular area we have done a great job or get a significant achievement that should be appreciated or reward immediately (or may be promised later but soon in the future).

Yeah..It was so great,like me i run my own businees how i spent my effort just only for that,wake up early,purchasing the item(food item) preparing processing than selling..some times slow moving product but this businees..thanks GOD for everything
We had to be very efficient at work to make sure that we wouldn’t get overwhelmed.
As a network administrator I was given very limited time to resolve network issue and I got success.
In another situation, I got order to install 500+ node in short time and again I did not disappoint my company, I got reward for this work.

Actually, I am a job seeker since August 2015, so I could add my last achievement through my previous work
One of my duties was to chaise and collect subscribers active contracts and register them then send them to archive. If my company reach less than %3 of active SIM contracts (collected and archived) get an extra reward from mother company, based on that I hit this target through my teams and reached %1, my company been awarded for this achievements.... I was so proud
