Well Bayt is good for networking but CV job application response almost nil.
Bayt's platform is very fair as far as my experience is concern. Ranking is fair as well but job matching is quiet not satisfactory to me.
its work fine but need more improve in areas like Ranking , Job Application feedback ,
I am not sure how successful BAYT are in filling positions. It would be good to know if anyone finds a new job via BAYT. Do employers use it ? otherwise other than networking with others - what is the value ?
