Fast losing of battery charge have THREE symptoms

1) Defective phone due to the virus which will be losing charge in short circuit created by the virus.(Restore your factory setting)

2) Your charger is not capable anymore of providing enough charging current.(Change Charger)

3) Your battery life is gone due to emptying up frequently.(change battery)

Decision is yours

Thanks

sincerely

Firstly how old your battery if more than 2 or 3 years its good to replace it

secondly  checked the old battery in another mobile phone with same like old one ( if you can ). if it worked on them well so save your money ,but if it showing the same problem with another phone. this will confirmed that battery is damaged.

Check if the phone due to the virus which will be losing charge

If your mobile phone in warranty   go to your mobile shop they will check it

First of all scan your mobile phone and remove all of virus.

Secondly, closing all un-necessary apps running behind to save the charging.

Thirdly, uninstall of un-necessary apps.

Fourthly, Use original charger and data cable for charging

Fifthly, Charge your mobile when the battery is near to drain and unplug when it becomes fully charge.

Note: After following all these point and still you mobile battery drain fastly then need to replace the battery.

It would be better to replace the phone instead of going for replacement in battery

I would buy a new one if I made sure that the problem isn't from the charger or due to an over consumption of energy in my phone.

initially check for other options like background runnings apps, online running apps etc are closed and then for data transfer is off..after monitoring check or any software issues. after that try for changing battery if it is under guarantee or not,,after that check for buying new one.

No necessary that battery might be the problem, need to identify what can be other possible problems resulting is quick draining of battery. Need to look at all aspects before coming to direct conclusion.
