Does your service operations strategy complement or conflict with the business strategy?

it can not be conflict because somehow it will be useless and waste of time BUT you can make it in different ways, you can plan smart strategy that is not 100% complementing .

but without crosses the red lines.

in other point of view the business strategy should be clear, smart and helpful.
