A- It will add more workload on managers especially if they have large team members. B- It will help the manager to identify who need training and support to move on. C- It will aid the manager in putting an end to those taking advantage and relaying on others to complete their proportion of work. D- it's useless common since managers apply on day to day but in the form of paperwork evidence. E- I don't have PPI in my organization for tracking individual performance.
PPI allow leader to track team performance to define area need development, also help manager to set new goals for next year according to pervious achievement
