How can you sell yourself successfully to a hiring manager?

Dear Reem Boudraa, 1st of all I would like thanks to you for chosen me for this question and I hope you will satisfy from my answer also.
I can sell myself with my experience, expertise & attitude, please note that, two kind of expertise is available in any person regarding his field, 1.
Technical Expertise.
2.
General Expertise.
The best expertise is technical expertise to sell myself for any hiring manager because most of the candidates have general expertise not technical expertise.
In my opinion Technical Expertise is too much better for candidate to selling him / her self for any Hiring Manager.

Before you meet the manager: You need to read the company Mission/Vision.
You need to read the job description and duties carefully.
You need to determine some basic info about the manager and you can grab such info through following his Twitter for example.

There is a need to understand what the hiring manager is after then highlight those needs matching with your expertise.
