How to create a platform, where every employee when he enters his/her work space start feeling more confident, energetic and optimistic?

By encouraging their employees ,motivates them .Help to perform tasks or provide  guideline in a friendly way.

Thank you for the invitation. To create such an environment, companies should first of all offer yearly increments to their employees so that the employees remain attached to the company. The company should not treat employees as machines by considering that they should work, work, and work. They should get some rest too because humans need rest and break. Further, the company owners should also listen to the voice of its employees and give them hope instead of making them hopeless.

Proper physical layout of office space, neatly clean office area, proper air-conditioning and ventilation, self imposed low noise culture by everybody, a refreshing  tea/coffee corner,  warm welcome by the colleagues  and open door policy of the department Manager

Give employees freedom to make choices and enough training and guidance to achieve their goals. Make work so much fun that employees forget they work in a company, rather in a family.
