yes its important because when someone is expressing his/her opinion, the body language, tone, eye moment, and pauses one takes make you to get what  implied opinions one is holding?

It is good to understand what is not said but definitely "not the most important". In the workplace, it is necessary to convey your message in a way that everybody understands. There's no room to imply or insinuate. It is always better to be concise and clear to be understood.

I definitely agree on this. For me, being sensitive enough to whatever it is around me makes me more responsive efficiently. I also believe that the body language of a person sends a considerable number of messages.

Yes. A great customer service agent is hearing what was not said. That unspoken word should be the determinant on how the agent would respond to the customers need. It is going beyond what is expected.

Yes that is the trick, listening attentively and identifying the inner fear/concern. Once you know the cause behind a scenario, your ground is clear to confidently address or challenge that cause

Yes, I agree that we should acknowledge the importance of the customers' expression and body language. in order to have an efficient communication listening is a vital factor that must be aware of.

Yes listening is equally important.  Only a good listener can become a good presenter.

Well,as a sales professional,if i was lucky enough,to have a potential customer that has something to say or to talk about, with a 30%of interest in my product, this will be a fat good chance for me to sell, and the day will go smooth,JUST LiSTEN,HE WANTS YOU TO SELL HIM,its okay we all do mistakes by not listening sometimes, but always remind yourself that listening is the key for a good commission at the end of the day,and this is the most important.
