Why : Since motivation come through give trust to others, and responsibility is a part of trust.

Certainly yes. Giving responsibility to a new commerce employee needs to be assisted to make his task perfect and effectively  motivated because he felt he is welcome to become  part of the business family. Once you shared your time, effort and ideas to the employee it means motivation start molding and shaping their ideas, skills until it completely apply and perfectly perform the tasks.

Yes of course. By giving him responsibilities, we can evaluate his efficiency in carrying out the job, we can make him feel that we believe in his ability and it will be a chance for him to prove himself and get experienced to carry out further difficult responsibilities. it boosts his confidence. By assisting him in effective way, we can create a comfortable platform for work, we can share our knowledge, exchange it in fact; Moreover we can let him know that we are seriously concerned about this particular job and its timeline. This will push him to finish the job neatly since he feels that his boss assists him in this job even when he already has lots of jobs in hand to finish,he needs to finish it himself.
