Customers are humans and will move from one brand/ company to another if their needs are not met or if someone else threats them better. Hence Customer service & CRM are crucial to retain ones consumers.

Agree even if the competitors don't the customer and the employee will search for better work relations with others.

its easy to bring a good loyal "customer & employee" BUT the hard job is KEEPING them.

The whole assertion is true in one sense or the other. Both Human resources & customer service are sources of competitive advantage. When a company neglects the welfare of its employees (human resouces), employee turnover is mostly likely to happen & your competitors who watch you closely will snatch them from you & provide them with what they needed. Also if your company neglects welfare & needs of customers, they will opt to purchase elsewhere where they feel comfortable & treasured & consequently your competitors will snatch them away from you if they are providing excellent customer service

I can't agree more with both statements! In fact to retain employees it is necessary to show special care for customers. The same applies to retain customers: care should be shown towards employees. It is what distinguishes brands that care from those who don't or simulate it.
