Start out by getting approvals for the production deployment change tickets and the window for deployment. Identify key resources for managing the environment to prepare for deployment, resources for development and test. Identify the production deployment plan and review it with team members and stakeholders so that every one gives feedback on each of the production tasks.

Analysis of task/job given. Home work and summary for the time and workforce required. And selection of effective and key resources for particular job.
