Across all types of industry, quality engineers are at work monitoring, testing and inspecting products to make sure they meet specified standards. Quality engineers test products to determine how long they will last, what part may break down first and how to improve product durability.

project management skills in general more practice than knowledge but I would recommend PMP or any project management course, usually in construction leadership is improved in the first few years the next skills you need to focus at is seeing the big picture, planning and budget involvement.
