هل تفضل العمل في قطاع عام ام قطاع خاص وما السبب؟

المكان الذى اجد به راحتى 

القطاع العام نعم فيه الامن الوظيفي ولكن روتينآ كما ان الادارات مركزية ومحدودة. وعديم التطوير والطموح بنسبة كبيرة .القطاع الخاص فيه من التطوير والابداع والطموح بشكل كبير وبعض المميزات وهو لمن لدية طموح للعمل والابداع وسريع المناصب .وكسب الخبرات . لذا انا افضل القطاع الخاص

Yes public sector where job security but also routine and limited central departments. The colorless and ambitious development by a large margin.The private sector development, creativity and ambition dramatically and some features which anyone who has the ambition to work, creativity and fast positions. Gaining experiences. So I prefer the private sector
