Yes annotation process supported with examples make it easier for the employee to communicate with the client and the delivery of information boiled better high efficiency and allow to break barriers such as language and level

Yes of course. We tell relevant motivating stories and give examples all the tim to invoke immagination, feelings, immotions that lead to a favorable decision by the customer. When a customer tells that he prefers a bigger company than my company I usually draw his attention to compare the benifits not the size because if size is the deteminent elephant not man shoud have ruled the world.
