What motivates you the most?

Well , motivation is very generic term. 

individually , it varies a lot, and same person can be motivated by different factors depending upon different situation and scenario.

For me the biggest motivator is delivery of task with utmost efficient way which can differentiate me from others.     

Competition,striving to be better, new challenges are few thoughts that motivate me.

Personally for me it's simple ....... Challenges & a quench to do better than what/how I did in past.

I'm motivated by digging into data. Give me a spreadsheet and questions, and I'm eager to figure out what's driving the numbers. At my current position, I prepare the monthly analytics report around sales. The learnings from these reports help drive and determine how the company charts its next steps and makes sales goals for the following months, and having that influence, and providing the must-know information, is really motivating.
