Yes of course, taking into consideration that, not only "Customer Services" but also " After Sales Customer Services".
Bad Customer Service, Bad Onboarding, Lack of Ongoing Customer Success, Natural Causes could lead to customer churn.
Mis-commitment from company about quality of product. Poor customer services and high price with low quality.
