Smart way to find out your priorities professional and uncompromising or compromised, it is better in general do not specify a specific reason for not taking the debate has given us a narrow may not be able to answer it, and the answer was centered around sustainability and development with the facility.

Do not remember any negative thing at this stage (such as: I did not get a promotion that I want, I hate my boss, the rest of the team hate me). Use this question as an opportunity to confirm your ambitions and you are interested in your future career. The answer to this question could include the following: "I'm working with this company two years ago and even though I feel like I accomplished a lot there, but I'm still looking for a new opportunity and I want to change the work environment," or I think I learned everything in my current job , and now I need to go to another company provide me with new challenges and a wider area of ​​education.

The benefits, nature of the job, future assurance of the company its strength, and the opportunity to strengthen personal  ideas and knowledge are main reason why leave the job.

Actual scenarios could be as below:

1. There is no any growth/potential in the company.

2. There could be hostile situation created by employer or Non-Professional environment. such as

  i) purposely delay in salaries

  ii) Abusive language

  iii) Shouting without any reason

  iv) Harassment/threats from employer

3. Employee foresee liquidation of company in near future

4. Job description could be of CEO and on the contrary salary is like office boy or laborer.

5. Not owning of employees from employer side (i.e considering employees as slave for money)

6. Employee get good offer from other employer for the same job description (salary hike is the potential factor in every job switch over).

 

There are certain other reasons but these are the major reason which consider by the employee.
