How do I explain why I want quit my job, Without criticising my Ex-boss?

You always say "Don't say anything negative about your last boss on a job interview," but what if your last boss was a creep and a bully? What if you had to quit your job (like I did) to get away from him?

Good Question,

First of all, show the new organization in the interview that you appreciate your ex-boss and old organization, then select the most appropriate of the following reasons,

·   You are looking for better career prospects, professional growth and work opportunities

·   You want a change in career direction

·   You are looking for new challenges at work

·   Your company was restructuring

·   You have to travel on business too often

·   You are to be sent to a faraway foreign location

·   You need to be able to take better care of your family

·   You want to study or go travelling for a prolonged period of time

·   You are employed for one project, or on a short-term contract.
